If necessary, the dose can be combined with nitrates.</li>\n<li>Cardiac arrhythmias: 95-190 mg metoprolol succinate (100-200 mg metoprolol tartrate) once daily.</li>\n<li>Functional heart disorders with palpitations: 95 mg metoprolol succinate (100 mg metoprolol tartrate) once daily.
